Shipping


Your order will be processed and shipped within three business days of your order confirmation. If there is a problem and we cannot accomplish this, we will notify you via email. Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses or U.S. territories.



Returns and Refund Policy


If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). Merchandise must be unopened and unused. You are responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Please follow these guidelines:

1. Use the return label you received on the invoice with your package. This has your order number on it so your credit can proceed without delay. If you have lost your invoice, please contact us at returns@johnwsheetz.com so we can give you the information you will need when filling out a return label.

2. Please ship the product back to us via UPS, Federal Express, or USPS.

3. We STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse undamaged.

4. A special note for Gift Returns: If you're returning something you received as a gift, please contact the person who gave you the gift. They must initiate the return process.

Damaged Merchandise


If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at damaged@johnwsheetz.com. If the merchandise was damaged in transit, we will file a claim and replace your merchandise. Please retain all packing materials and paperwork to help us with the claim. If the merchandise is otherwise defective, we may choose to repair or replace the defective part, or replace the entire item. Please note, that if the damaged article is out of stock, you may choose to have the article shipped to you as soon as it returns to stock (we will let you know how long), or to receive a refund.
