The booklet of building diagrams for Extension Set #24A assumes you already have Extension Sets #22A, #22A, #20A, #16A, #14A, #12A, #10A, #8A, #6A, and Starter Set #6. However, you certainly do not need to have any other sets to build designs from your own imagination.
